Salary: 35000-42000

A respected RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex is seeking a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join its friendly and collaborative team. Renowned for delivering innovative, bespoke design solutions across the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, the studio offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to design-led projects with real impact.

This position is ideal for someone recently qualified and eager to take the next step post-Part 3. You'll gain hands-on experience across all RIBA work stages, with genuine scope for professional growth within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support design development through all RIBA stages

  • Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and technical specifications

  • Manage aspects of project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration

  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies, and design documentation



About You:

  • ARB-registered (or recently completed Part 3)

  • UK practice experience (as a Part 2 or Architect)

  • Sound knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent design sensibility with strong attention to detail

  • Confident working independently as well as part of a team

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred)
