Salary: 33000-40000

An award-winning, RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex is seeking a motivated and creative Newly Qualified Architect to join its supportive and collaborative team. Renowned for delivering thoughtful, design-led solutions across residential, retail, and commercial sectors, the studio offers the chance to work on projects that make a real impact.

Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • Contribute to and lead design work across all RIBA stages

  • Prepare and coordinate technical drawings and construction packages

  • Support project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration

  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations

What we're looking for in the Architect position:

  • ARB registration

  • Previous UK practice experience (as Part 2 or Architect)

  • Strong understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods

  • Excellent design skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal abilities

  • Proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred)
