An award-winning, RIBA-chartered practice in Essex is looking for a motivated and creative Architect to join its collaborative and supportive team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to design work across all RIBA stages
- Prepare and coordinate technical drawings and construction packages
- Support project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations
Candidate requirements:
- ARB-registered architect
- Experience in a UK architectural practice (Part 2 or qualified architect)
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent design skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
