My Client is seeking an Associate Architect for a permanent position in their office.
The ideal candidate should have experience in residential and mixed-use developments from concept to technical design, along with the ability to work across all RIBA stages.
Candidates must have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish and possess strong client-facing experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, as well as strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, are required.
The role offers a competitive salary, and candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

My Client is currently looking for an Associate Architect join them on a permanent basis in their office.

The ideal Candidate will have:

Experience in residential/mixed-use developments from concept to technical design.
Ability to work across all RIBA stages
Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish
Client-facing experience
Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience in Managing teams
Ambition to progress within an organisation and build a long-term career
Good working knowledge of Building Regulations
