Sales Negotiator - North Essex

This role is perfect for someone with at least 12 months' experience in estate agency who is looking to progress into valuations and listings. What You'll Be Doing
- Building lasting relationships with buyers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Arranging and attending property viewings, handling offers, and guiding clients through the sales process.
- Managing sales progression to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Working closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors and the lettings team to maximise opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Sales Negotiator.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about delivering results.
- A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Professional, personable, and motivated to develop your career.
