Job Type: Full-time on an 8-Hour Shift Rotation

Alecto Recruitment is currently working with a well-established and growing Renewable Energy company in search of a motivated and experienced Production Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organisation at a COMAH site in Essex.

Job Overview

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and follow on-site Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) systems.
• Perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are met to the highest standard.
• Complete technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Take on Operator duties as needed.
• Assist site management and support team members with plant operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Renewable Energy, Power Generation, or a similar industrial sector.
• HSE qualification such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Ideally a time-served apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
