Alecto Recruitment is currently working with a well-established and growing Renewable Energy company in search of a motivated and experienced Production Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organisation at a COMAH site in Essex.
Job Overview
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and follow on-site Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) systems.
- Perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are met to the highest standard.
- Complete technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Take on Operator duties as needed.
- Assist site management and support team members with plant operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Renewable Energy, Power Generation, or a similar industrial sector.
- HSE qualification such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
- Ideally a time-served apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
