The Role
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the Team Administrator will provide comprehensive office and administrative support to a team that advises on buildings, estates, sustainability, and long-term asset management. The role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.
The post holder will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes, and maintaining accurate records. A significant part of the role involves supporting a formal advisory committee, ensuring that processes are followed efficiently and documentation is managed to a high standard. The role also includes providing administrative support to a sustainability lead, assisting with monitoring, reporting, and coordination of related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Providing full administrative and organisational support to the team
Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and arranging logistics
Preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and distributing papers
Managing correspondence and acting as a first point of contact for enquiries
Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems
Supporting sustainability and environmental initiatives through administrative tasks
Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
