Location: Chelmsford (social housing voids)

180 - 200 per day self-employed + 50 per week fuel.

On-going self-employed position, with a view to go permanent.

Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter/Plasterer Multi to carry out building services and maintenance works in void properties across Chelmsford.

This is an on-going temporary contract with a view to go permanent if things work well.

Main duties include:

• Carpenter / Plasterer duties

• Carpentry repairs (1st & 2nd fix)

• Plastering & patch plastering

• Painting & decorating

• General building maintenance

Social housing experience and building services experience are essential for this position, along with full tools and a UK driving licence.
