The Role As Chef Manager, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents through delicious, high-quality food.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and motivating your catering team to deliver exceptional service in line with company standards and objectives.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing your team to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
  • Managing communications with both residents and staff to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Controlling food stock levels and ordering within budget.
  • Creating innovative, nutritious menus that meet budget and presentation standards.
  • Driving financial performance through effective cost control and culinary excellence.
  • Ensuring full compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and all relevant legislation.
