The Role

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and repair of a range of commercial gas systems and equipment. You’ll work both independently and as part of a wider engineering team, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and safely.
• Install new commercial gas appliances and plant equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Support the continued growth of the Gas Division by contributing to team development and best practices.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, ICPN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, TPCP1, TPCP1A or equivalent).
• Proven experience in commercial gas installation, service, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Gas Safe regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A positive attitude and desire to be part of a growing, supportive team.

Desirable:

• Experience with HVAC or multi-skilled maintenance.
• Domestic Gas qualifications (advantageous but not essential).
