Reed are proud to be supporting a fantastic business based in Chelmsford in their search for a Marketing Manager.This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to join the team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Marketing Manager will oversee a wide range of marketing activities across the business.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, driven, and confident in managing various marketing disciplines within a professional services environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee all aspects of the marketing mix, ensuring effective brand management and marketing communications.
- Manage website design, development, and maintenance, along with search engine optimisation.
- Lead digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and other external suppliers to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Handle event management, sponsorship, and advertising initiatives.
- Support business development and networking activities, providing guidance and support to professionals.
- Engage directly with partners, legal teams, and business services colleagues, requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office presence.
- Proven marketing experience, ideally within a regulated professional services business.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and disciplines, including digital marketing and SEO.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to support marketing and business development activities outside of regular office hours.
- Professional services experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Must be within reasonable proximity to Chelmsford for effective role fulfilment.
