A fantastic Activity Camp in Chelmsford are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their vibrant and nurturing team at their welcoming team in Chelmsford.
As part of our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team, you will play a vital role in supporting their youngest learners to grow, explore, and thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3-5 years
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Experience working in an early years setting, preferably within a school
- A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, patient, and professional approach to working with young children
- A commitment to continuous professional development and safeguarding
