Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol parking zones, car parks, and on-street parking areas.
  • Provide information and assistance to the public with a friendly approach.

  • Report defects in road signs and maintain parking equipment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Basic literacy and comprehension skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or complaints handling.
  • Confident and positive communicator; a good listener who remains calm under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional image, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts (Monday to Saturday) and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Valid full manual driving licence.
  • Experience in Civil Enforcement
