Taylor Woodrow is seeking a driven and hands-on Site Engineer to join our team at the Bulls Lodge Quarry site, supporting the delivery of a major infrastructure project. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your engineering skills in a site-based environment with a clear path for progression.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Set out works accurately and support the technical delivery of construction operations

  • Manage materials, temporary works, and subcontractor coordination

  • Monitor and ensure build quality, compliance, and proper record-keeping

  • Assist in the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and safety plans

  • Contribute to short-term construction planning and commercial reporting

  • Work closely with design teams and promote BIM and innovation on-site



Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects

  • Strong understanding of setting out, quality control, and safety standards

  • Experience with Total Station and CAD software

  • Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills

  • Competence in construction-related software and site documentation

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
