As part of their continued growth and investment, we are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the day to day activities across site operations.

Responsibilities and duties of the Electrical Supervisor role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure the technicians are on time, clear on requirements and following HSE.
- To conduct technical reports.
- Assist with work scope preparations this could be PPE, tooling, QA documents, equipment sign off documents such as pump requirements.
- Must check regularly with customers to ensure the work is being conducted satisfactorily to the customers' requirements.
- Attends safety meetings each month with team.
- Supervisors' single projects or outages.
- Ensures works scheduled are met on time and the team understand the requirements of each scope
- Conducts toolbox talks on larger projects.
- Conducts site audits with team positives and negatives.
- Liaise with engineers, planners, and other departments to coordinate work and resolve problems.
