Customer Advisor Logistics

This company owns eight different depots across the country and this vacancy is within there modern newly renovated offices between Wickford and Chelmsford. They are looking for someone with excellent telephone skills to be part of a team working together to deliver the ultimate hire experience .

You will also grow and nurture relationships with existing clients. You will update and assist customers after the initial sales process in a buzzy logistics department. Your role will be to improve and develop customer service capabilities for the service and operations team. You will work within a team and have the support of a team supervisor and a Customer Service Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, web queries

• Provide ETAs

• Work closely with the transport planners

• Resolve customer issues

• Answer all incoming service calls (from customers not drivers)

• Respond to all customer emails
