You day to day responsibilities will include…
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls with existing customers (no cold calling)
- Respond to customer email enquiries
- Booking customers vehicles in for a service and updating the database
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Identify customer needs and guide them to the right service or product
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships
- Stay organised and driven to meet targets and deadlines
- Promote additional products/services where appropriate

The Hours
In this role you will work forty hours per week, on a well-planned rotating three-week rota. You will work Monday to Friday 8 am to 4.30 pm, or 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, or 9 am to 5.30 pm, or 9.30 am to 6 pm. You will also work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm.
