Job Title:Customer Service Administrator
Location:Chelmsford
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 1 Day of a weekend once a month.
Salary:£12.30 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records, maintaining confidentiality and in compliance with GDPR
- Prioritise and process customer enquiries submitted by email, chat, instant messaging, and phone.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and achieving performance targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
