Job Duties:- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Drama lessons for secondary school students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback
- Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Organise and participate in extracurricular drama activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Drama curriculum
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Drama or related field
- Experience teaching Drama at secondary school level
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality Drama education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of Drama curriculum and teaching techniques
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or Drama
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Participation in Drama-related professional development courses
- Contract role covering a maternity leave period
- Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
