Job Duties:
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Drama lessons for secondary school students
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Organise and participate in extracurricular drama activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Drama curriculum
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Drama or related field
  • Experience teaching Drama at secondary school level
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality Drama education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong classroom management abilities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Drama curriculum and teaching techniques
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or Drama
