Academics is excited to be working with local secondary schools based across Chelmsford that are looking for Early Career Teachers to join their team!This Chemsford ECT role can be a full time or part time position with the potential to become permanent. The successful applicant will work across both Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and support as you begin your teaching career. This may include helping students through their GCSEs, providing essential guidance and instruction.

The successful ECT will have:* Completed their teacher training and achieved QTS* A strong understanding of the KS3 & KS4 curriculum* A willingness to develop classroom management skills and grow as a professional
