Rate: £24.00 – £26.00 per hour
The Role
We are recruiting experienced Solar Panel Installers / Electricians for the construction of a large-scale solar farm in East Hanningfield, Essex. This is a long-term opportunity to be part of one of the county’s major renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities
Installation of solar PV panels on ground-mounted frames
Electrical connections, testing and commissioning
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site standards
Working alongside site management to deliver works to programme
Reporting any faults, defects or issues promptly
Requirements
Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
Previous solar installation experience (ground-mount preferred)
Valid CSCS / ECS card
Ability to work as part of a team on large-scale projects
Strong commitment to health & safety procedures
