I am currently recruiting on behalf of an Automotive OEM, based in Essex, who are seeking a Dyno Technician to join their team
Job Description
As Dyno Technician, your main responsibilities are:
- Keep Dyno Engines updated, with correct level, controls and running, across several Test Rooms
- Arrange installation of required instrumentation, with relevant workshop groups
- Liaise with teams, to validate Dyno/Rig kit BOMs, to ensure ordered/delivered in time
- Arranging Critical Parts and equipment, as required
- Carry out administrative duties
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Experience in Dyno testing and Powertrain Calibration activities
- Ability to Log data, using calibration tools
- Engineering-related education
- Ability to use Team Centre, to extract installation and component information
