The Role

Finance Manager position managing complete financial function for our professional services business. Take accountability for accounting operations, transactional finance, and financial management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Accounting Management: Complete ownership of accounting function including period-end procedures
Transactional Finance: Manage all financial transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance
Financial Reporting: Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and regulatory reports
Cash Flow & Forecasting: Monitor cash flow and lead budgeting processes
Compliance & Controls: Maintain financial regulations adherence and audit management
Strategic Support: Provide financial insights to support business decisions

Requirements

Qualification: QBE, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent practical experience.
Full Accounting Experience: Complete accounting function management from transactions to reporting
Practice Experience: Demonstrated professional services or practice environment background a bonus
Technical Skills: Excel and accounting software proficiency
