Role responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients across various industries
- Providing technical advice on complex tax planning issues including inheritance tax, capital gains, R&D, share schemes and restructuring
- Overseeing and reviewing tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Acting as a strategic adviser to clients and helping them navigate changing legislation
- Supporting business development activities and contributing to the firm’s continued growth
- Leading and mentoring a team of junior tax staff, supporting their learning and development
- Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and resolving any tax-related queries

Candidate requirements
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with substantial post-qualification experience in tax
- Proven track record in delivering both compliance and advisory services across personal and corporate tax
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and planning opportunities
- Comfortable managing client relationships and presenting strategic solutions
- Experience leading a team and mentoring junior staff
- A commercial mindset and proactive approach to developing client services
