They are looking for a Financial Administrator that has:
Strong organisational and administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detailKnowledge of CRM systems, ideally from a financial services setting.Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities with a client-focused, professional demeanour.The capacity to successfully prioritise, manage several tasks, and cooperate with others in a team.Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving orientated.
Duties- Financial Administrator (Private Wealth Management)
- Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Advisers;
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties
- Prepare files including compliance required documentation (Sign-up packs); review meeting packs; illustrations where applicable and supporting documentation;
- Ensure that files are complete with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms;
- Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to
- Book client appointments on behalf of the advisers when appropriate;
- Assist the Case Manager with Letter of Authority’s with the client and third parties
