Import / Export Logistics Coordinator

We're working closely with a growing Freight Forwarder looking for an experienced Import / Export Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of international shipments and ensure goods move smoothly from origin to destination.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role suited to someone who enjoys operational responsibility, problem-solving, and working closely with customers and overseas partners.
What you'll do
- Coordinate inbound and outbound international shipments across Sea, Air, and Road
- Manage shipments start to finish, from booking through to final delivery
- Handle seafreight shipments (FCL & LCL) as a core part of the role
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping requirements
- Work closely with customs brokers and monitor clearance processes
What we're looking for
- 1+ years' experience in an Import / Export or Logistics role
- Previous experience working for a freight forwarder (essential)
- Seafreight experience is highly desirable
- Solid knowledge of customs processes and documentation
