KS2 Class Teacher
Full Time and Fixed Term Contract

Salary: MPS / UPS (Scale £37,870 – £56,154)

POSITIONS:
We have two full‑time class teacher positions to fill:

EYFS (Reception / Early Years Foundation Stage)

KS1 / KS2 (Years 1–6)
You will:
-
Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
-
Develop exciting, inclusive and engaging learning experiences for all pupils
-
Monitor, record and report pupil progress
-
Maintain a stimulating and positive classroom environment
-
Promote the school’s values (Respect, Resilience, Positivity, Friendship, Kindness, Honesty) in all interactions

Be part of a collaborative year team (often 4 teachers) and contribute to the wider life of the school
The successful candidate will:
-
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Have experience teaching the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and confidence in planning, differentiation, assessment and behaviour management
-
Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the community
-
Be enthusiastic, creative, reflective and committed to continuous professional development

Interviews & Start Date
The Headteacher is keen to interview and appoint as soon as possible. Lesson observations and interviews will be arranged promptly for suitable applicants.
