Working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday, in their Chelmsford office. Pay rate will be circa 15ph and the role will be ongoing temporary.
The role will involve:
- Coordinating programmes for schools, including course promotion, digital updates and venue bookings
- Providing administrative support for meetings, including taking minutes
- Managing email inbox and producing mailers
- Supporting the coordination of events
- Supporting with any invoicing and other payment processes if needed
- Strong administrative experience in a fast paced environment
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and website management
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
- Any experience in an education setting would be preferable
- Professional approach when working with internal/external teams
