As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play an integral role in supporting students' personal and emotional development while promoting positive behaviour and well-being. Their team is collaborative, passionate, and dedicated to delivering outstanding care and education to all students.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who face behavioural challenges, providing guidance and tailored support. Your key responsibilities will include:
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role working with students facing behavioural challenges.
- A strong sense of empathy, patience, and dedication to helping students overcome emotional and social barriers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students and colleagues.
- Adaptability and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in behaviour management is advantageous
