Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to make a difference in the lives of young children? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our friendly and supportive team in Chelmsford.

About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, and for fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high standards of learning, development, and care for children aged 0-5

  • Supporting and implementing the EYFS framework through a child-centred approach

  • Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and other staff members

  • Maintaining accurate records of children’s development and progress

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education

  • Sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

  • Previous experience in an early years setting

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
