Konnect Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Executive to join our clientsgrowing team.You'll be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience within our new homes development.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Conducting property viewings and demonstrating the benefits of our new homes.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to potential buyers.
- Managing the sales progression from reservation to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
- Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standard.
- Contributing to the overall success of the development by actively promoting our homes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales-focused role, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A full UK driving license.
- Ideally, experience in new home sales or a similar sales environment.
