Nursery Practitioner – Chelmsford 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm 
Location: Chelmsford

• Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner OR

• Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Educator) OR

• Level 3 Technical Certificate in Early Years Education

• Previous nursery or childcare experience desirable but not essential

• A genuine passion for early years care and education

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5 years

• Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment

• Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery

• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development

• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are upheld at all times

• On-site parking
