We are working with a fantastic nursery in Beaulieu (Chelmsford) who are seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow within the business, develop their practice further, and inspire the next generation of learners.

As a Room Leader, you will:

• Lead, support, and motivate your room team to deliver high-quality childcare and education.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.

• Ensure strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Monitor and track children’s progress, providing feedback and support where needed.

• Work alongside the management team to maintain high standards across the setting.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent).

• Previous experience working as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner.

• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• A genuine passion for early years education and child development.

• Based in Beaulieu (Chelmsford) with good public transport links nearby.

• On-site parking available for those who drive.
