As an Early Years Practitioner in our setting, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5. You will help to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that enables every child to thrive. From planning and delivering rich, meaningful learning experiences, to building trusting relationships with both children and their families, you will be a vital part of each child’s early journey.
We are looking for someone who holds a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification (or above), with a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. More importantly, we are seeking someone who brings energy, empathy, and a genuine love for early years education. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or early in your career, your attitude and passion will be key.
