Working on behalf of one of our clients; a leading wealth management firm; we are recruiting an experienced reconcilliations administrator to be responsible for the he production of reconciliations of clients assets held by the custodians. The Custodian reconciliations are a requirement of the FCA's CASS rules and are therefore required to be performed with a degree of accuracy.
This is a Hybrid Role.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Accurate production of daily, monthly and six monthly custodian reconciliations, custody shortfalls and other relevant reports that may need to be produced.
- Identification, recording, monitoring and escalation of breaks appearing within the custodian reconciliations.
- Liaison with other teams within operations, custodians and unit trust providers to ensure timely clearance of outstanding custody reconciliation items.
- Validation of certificated holdings with the relevant registrar to ensure accuracy of physical holdings.
- Review, identify and file scan documentation received from unit trust providers for use in the monthly custody reconciliation.
- Maintain client money and asset procedures, templates, management information and other documentation as required.
- Ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritise them.
- Ability to learn other roles within the team to ensure holiday cover.
Qualifications & Experience:
- GCSE's (or equivalent) (including Maths and English).
- Experience completing reconciliations using a reconciliation tool
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative and time management skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Ability to influence decision making processes of other teams within Operations.
- Flexible, self-motivated and proactive.
- Established in stakeholder management and inter-personal skills at all levels.
- Proven experience in completing reconciliations in accordance with CASS rules.
- Good Excel skills and a good working knowledge of and word.
