The Role:

As a SEMH LSA, you'll be:

Providing 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEMH needs

Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support progress

Building positive relationships that encourage confidence and resilience



About You:

Caring, patient and resilient personality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience is helpful but not essential - training provided

Psychology or criminology graduates especially encouraged to apply
