A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Enfield are looking for Sixth Form Mentors for a September 2025 start. This is a School based contract, directly employed via the School.

What will this Sixth Form Mentor position involve?

Providing targeted academic mentoring to Sixth Form students preparing for university and career pathways

Offering guidance on UCAS applications, personal statements, and interview preparation

Delivering 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions focused on study skills, time management, and exam preparation

Collaborating with teaching staff to support student progress and wellbeing

Developing programmes to inspire and motivate Sixth Form students

ABOUT THE ROLE

Mentoring Sixth Form students through their A-level studies and university preparation

Delivering workshops and 1:1 guidance on university applications and career planning

Supporting student wellbeing and academic resilience

£105 - £120 per day

ASAP Start - Term Time Only - Full Time

Based in the London Borough of Enfield

ABOUT YOU

A recent graduate from a recognised university (any discipline)

Experience mentoring or tutoring young people in academic or personal development contexts

A confident and motivating communicator

A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential

Strong organisational skills and ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
