4Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to offer support that enables the service users to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes based in the Wickford, Basildon & Billericay areas.

Are you a passionate Care Assistant looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant to work within community based in the Wickford, Basildon & Billericay areas.

Pay Rates: £14.00 per hour and 0.45 pence per mile per visit.

Information on the Role: Successful Candidates will be offered full time opportunities we are looking for 6 staff.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing personal care duties with dignity and respect.
• Administering medication according to care plans and protocols.
• Assisting with manual handling, using equipment where required, to ensure safety and comfort.
• Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the fullest.
• Building positive and supportive relationships with our customers and their families.
Your Experience and Suitability for the Care Assistant Role

Skills & Professional Characteristics needed:
• Be a team player with a caring, empathetic, flexible and have a resilient, can-do attitude.
• Full and valid UK driving licence.
• Access to a car.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work some evenings and alternate weekends.
• Competent administrative and IT skills (to be able to produce reports and other communications
