A thriving and inclusive secondary school based in Chelmsford, Essex is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team this September.


About the Role:
Full-time, term-time position starting in September 2025
Supporting students across Key Stages 3 & 4 (and potentially KS5 depending on subject expertise)
Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning
Providing targeted academic support, including 1:1 and small group interventions
Ideal preparation for a future teacher training application

Recent graduates (any subject) - strong academic background is desirable
