Higher Level Teaching Assistants - Chelmsford, Essex

We are a vibrant and supportive SEN School located in Chelmsford, Essex. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed HLTAs to join our team. Our school caters to pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism and Social Emotional & Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality learning support under the guidance of teaching staff
Lead small group interventions and support individual pupils
Assist in planning and delivering tailored educational activities
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Contribute to the development of EHCPs and pupil progress reviews


Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Previous experience working in an SEN setting is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
