We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support an Essex based local authority for at least 6 months.
Your key deliverables during this time will be:
- Lead on the roll out of a Performance Management Policy and Framework
- Supporting the Head of HR in managing HR contracts - his will include attending meetings, preparing reports, benchmarking other providers, creatively working on maximising returns
- Ad hoc HR projects that come through which would likely be - Employee benefits, Equalities reports, Agency reports,
- Use MI data to compile regular board level reports
To be considered, your CV must show:
- That you have rolled out a new Performance Management Framework in a project management capacity
- UK Public sector experience - ideally in government
- That you have a strong background in managing various small HR projects
- Data analysis and report writing experience
This is a hybrid role where you will be on site 2-3 days a week in South Essex and the rest of the week is from home
