You will be responsible for promoting, building, and maintaining strong relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets, while also understanding issues, resolving problems and queries, and reviewing working practices to enhance efficiency. Manage service operations and functions within a client support process team, whilst providing direction on internal governance and compliance.

  • Support, assist and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed.
  • Support Senior Management by contributing to the execution of Global business strategic objectives; lead and direct how the collective objectives of business in local Region and Globally are delivered.
  • Lead training sessions for all business colleagues as applicable.
  • Contribute to, and where required, lead change efforts, projects, quick wins, promote ideas to improve our provision of service, always question what next, never allows us to stand still.
  • Provide service process information for Request for Proposal and business opportunities.
  • Lead projects to deliver new Bordeaux Entry Monitoring and Workflow solutions.
    • Lead team meetings and activities to promote the sharing of opinions, ideas, knowledge and solutions; maintain strong working relationships and participate in initiatives and/or contribute where required to deliver outcomes.
  • Knowledge of delegated authority concepts and principles, laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA), and general business trends.
  • A track record of successful client account management, relationship management, engagement, and development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for complex communications (presentations, negotiations, etc.) with clients, markets, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a high-performance team and attention to detail in completing assigned tasks.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to offer and execute ideas and solutions to enhance processes in a changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex reinsurance contracts and resolve discrepancies.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of the delegated underwriting arena.
  • Experience in the London Market.
  • Consistent provision of guidance through mentoring and/or training colleagues.

This is a pivotal role within the business.
