With national growth of accounts they're looking for a motivated candidate to join their business.The Role:Your role will be to visit customer sites, ensuring the maintenance and installation of their kit, which includes software upgrades, hardware installation, cabling and much more.The role is a great opportunity for a Junior who is looking for the opportunity to begin a career in Technology, with progression available becoming a Senior Engineer and leading projects. The Requirements:

• General knowledge of IT systems (Software Installs, Network Connectivity / Microsoft and Windows OS)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong customer service orientation to provide timely and efficient support
• Effective communication skills
• Valid UK driving license to travel to various sites
• A clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check due to working in educational environments
