Claims Handler - Property & Real EstateÂ
Responsibilities:Â
- Investigating, negotiating and agreeing settlement of claims in a professional manner
- Liaising with insurers/brokers to achieve professional and timely conclusion of claims
- Liaising with stakeholders overseas
- Producing reports within agreed timescales
- Raised invoices are accurate and timely
- Attend client review meetings
Requirements:
- Knowledge and Experience in real estate/commercial property loss adjusting
- Focus on quality, communication and organisational skills
- Proven capability in negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Able to build strong relationships internally and externally
