Reports to: Import Manager

Main purpose of the role

We are looking for a brightenthusiastic individual who has had at least 5 years general forwarding experience especially in Exports.

Key responsibilities

  • Work according to the export process: including all country specific requirements i.e.
  • Responsible for customer contacts
  • Assist in supplier and customer queries
  • Assure timely billing as per company policy
  • Deal with all aspects of Exports
  • Deal with all customer issues
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Correct flow of documentation
  • Able to work independently within the export process
  • Be able to deal with all export shipments from start to finish
  • Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions
  • Good knowledge of computer system, and invoicing
  • Knowledge and experience of Customs and documentation
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to manage own working time effectively
