Graduate Town Planner - Essex - Leading Residential Developer

The Role

You'll work closely with senior planners and development teams on a wide range of large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes across the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full development lifecycle - from site acquisition and planning strategy to the preparation and submission of planning applications.



What We're Looking For

  • A 2:1 or above in Town Planning or a closely related RTPI-accredited degree (essential)

  • A postgraduate qualification in Planning (or working towards) is highly desirable

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset

  • A genuine interest in residential-led development and urban design

  • A team player who's eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, commercial environment
