Location: Chelmsford

The Role
You will be involved in a diverse range of exciting projects, including:
- Strategic land promotion and site allocation through local plans
- Preparation and management of complex planning applications and appeals
- Feasibility studies and development appraisals
- Input into Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
- Public consultation and community engagement activities
- Providing strategic planning advice and creative solutions for clients

Requirements
- MRTPI-qualified
- Minimum of 3 years' professional planning experience
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Full UK driving licence
