Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, you will also be expected to deliver a high standard of service to both long-standing clients and new ones. THE CANDIDATEA Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Fee Earner with at least 2 years’ experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. You will be confident in handling matters from start to finish with minimal supervision. Well-organised with excellent attention to detail, you will be client-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The appointed Conveyancing Fee Earner will be comfortable working within a fast-paced collaborative environment.
