Palmers Solicitors is a Legal 500 law firm, with five offices located across Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Private Client team.

If you have previously worked as a secretary within this area then we would like to hear from you!

You will be responsible for primarily supporting the private client fee earner based at that office as well as assisting other fee earners in the private client team when workloads permit.The role will include undertaking administrative tasks on behalf of the fee earners as well as transcription work, taking client calls, managing diaries and assisting with file management.

As well as a willingness and aptitude to learn, candidates must possess a can-do approach to their work, excellent and accurate typing skills together with strong organisational abilities. Professional communication skills are also essential.
