Here, you'll play a crucial role in driving our logistics and warehouse operations to new heights. Working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, salary up to £50k

What You'll Do:As the Logistics and Operations Manager, you will spearhead our logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring a seamless flow from inbound receiving to outbound order fulfilment. Your expertise will help us enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Here's what you can expect:

Strategic Leadership & Operations:

  • Lead logistics and warehouse operations with a focus on maximising productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Technical teams to align logistics and CRM data with business goals.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

  • Oversee warehouse layout and workflow for optimal space utilisation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control through regular audits and system updates.

Logistics & fulfilment:

  • Manage domestic and international shipping logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
  • Cultivate relationships with logistics providers and oversee all transportation contracts.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Supervise and develop logistics and warehouse teams, setting performance goals and monitoring KPIs.
  • Foster a high-performing, accountable, and safety-focused team culture.

CRM Ownership & Integration:

  • Serve as the business owner of the CRM, ensuring accurate operational and customer data.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline CRM-related processes and drive adoption.

Process Improvement & Systems:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics and warehouse functions.
  • Evaluate tools and technologies to increase operational efficiency.

What You Bring:We're looking for someone who is not just experienced, but also passionate about logistics and operations! Here are the qualifications we seek:

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems in an operational context.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics systems and warehouse operations platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
